Museum of Natural History of Perpignan

The museum has 350 m² of permanent exhibition: rarefied or missing animals of the Pyrénées-Orientales, sedentary and migratory birds, corvids, nocturnal and diurnal raptors, large mammals, Pyrenean fauna, invertebrates (arthropods) and corallaries, minerals, crocodiles, ethnological objects Oceanian and African, as well as an Egyptian mummy of the XXIIIth Dynasty in its sarcophagus offered in 1847 by Ibrahim Pasha after a spa treatment in Vernet-les-Bains.
