Located on the Place des Vosges, in the 3rd arrondissement of Paris, the mansion of Cardinal Richelieu is a private property built in the early seventeenth century. Despite its name, it was never inhabited by the famous cardinal, but was the property of his great-nephew, Marshal-Duke of Richelieu in the middle of the seventeenth century.
Its facades, its roofs, its gallery, its roof on courtyard and its staircase are today classified with the Historical Monuments. Two galleries occupy the ground floor of the building, that of Mickael Marciano, and that of the Marais.
