In the 3rd arrondissement at the heart of the Marais, the National Picasso Museum-Paris has set up its collections in the Salé Mansion, one of the finest Baroque mansions in the district, entirely renovated by the architect Jean-François Bodin. Today it offers twice as much exhibition space as before, in a historic yet modernised, streamlined setting. No fewer than 500 pieces by the famous Spanish artist can be admired in the museum, as well as works by his friends such as Miró, Braque and Matisse. Paintings, sculptures, drawings and engravings, all the many facets of Pablo Picasso are represented here to help visitors learn more about the work of this 20th-century genius.

If you're going by public transport, you can get to the National Picasso Museum-Paris by metro, alighting at the Saint-Paul, Saint-Sébastien - Froissart or Chemin Vert stations.
