Located rue de Lille and rue de Poitiers in the 7th arrondissement of Paris, the hotel Pomereu is a former mansion built in the second half of the 19th century on the site of two other buildings built under the reign of Louis XV, the Maillebois Hotel and Hotel Duret.
In 1967, the building was bought by the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations, becoming in 1967 a place assigned to offices and function rooms. It also hosts the headquarters of the Long Term Investors Club.
Open to the public during the European Heritage Days, the Hotel de Pomereu is listed as a Historical Monument for its main staircase and listed for some of its rooms.
