Located in the Place des Victoires, in the 1st arrondissement of Paris, the Bauyn Hotel in Pereuse is a private property now listed as a Historical Monument. The building was built in the late seventeenth century and takes place east of the hotel de Soyecourt.
It owes its name to a doctor and secretary of the king named Péreuse and ennobled by the king of France in 1638.
