The sausage is part of the regional specialties and under the impulse of the Brotherhood of the Grand'Table du Fuzelien, this quaint contest was created to restore the reputation it deserves to the sausage of Nouan-le-Fuzelier. This sausage is bagged with white wine and is tasted warm with potatoes. You will surely have the opportunity to taste it during this contest... not like the others!
