The church was mentioned for the first time in 1094. The largest work of the building dates from the 13th century and has undergone some transformations in the following centuries (chapels, sacristy…).
It seems to have a Burgundian influence, as evidenced by the row of modillions crowning the exterior elevation, and the exceptional 3-column gallery on the eastern facade.
