Located at Mouthier-Haute-Pierre, in the Doubs, the Saint-Laurent church is a religious building registered with the Historical Monuments since 1926. Built at the end of the 14th century, at the limit of the cemetery of the priory, it takes place on the vestiges of a other church. Enlarged twice in the sixteenth century, it also undergoes a reshuffle in the eighteenth.
The Saint-Laurent church still has a bell tower 43 meters high with an arrow made of tufa stone and decorated with carved heads.
Inside, several objects have been classified or listed in the Historical Monuments, like the altarpiece of the high altar of the seventeenth century, the richly carved pulpit to preach, or various paintings and other sculptures such as Adoration Mages of the sixteenth century.
