Locality of Haut-Jura in the Burgundy-Franche-Comté region, Hauts de Bienne takes place about sixty kilometers from Lons-le-Saunier, 700 meters above sea level. This new town was born in 2016 from the group of Morez, La Mouille and Lézat.
Located near the Swiss border, in the Regional Natural Park of Haut-Jura, the city has experienced a very old human occupation, as evidenced by the few remains found on the spot. Capital of the telescope after being the capital of the clock comtoise, Morez has great interest, as La Mouille, known for the same activities, or Lézat.
