Castle of La Mosson

Monument in Montpellier

Located in the municipality of Montpellier, in Herault, La Mosson Castle is one of the finest buildings of the area. Built in the first half of the eighteenth century, between 1723 and 1729, he was then the property of Joseph Bonnier, a banker named Marquis de La Mosson. Ranked historic monument, this neo-classical building still has some beautiful statues, but most were dispersed in various sites in the region.
