Things to see and do

The history of Marnay is intimately linked to that of its castle. The city is built on a rocky outcrop overlooking the valley Ognon. In the old town, numerous monuments remain. They became witnesses of a glorious past, including relics found the castle which included 16 towers, the hotel Santans, the Maison des Gardes, Hotel des Princes Montbarrey, St. Symphorien church of mansions of the 16th century ... Like many ancient cities, the town is made up of several narrow passages, sometimes covered, called "trajes".
