Loudéac is a town of Cotes d'Armor in Brittany. Seventh city of the department in terms of population, it is just a minute trentaines St. Brieuc and about forty-five minutes from Vannes and Lorient. Ideally based in the heart of Brittany, it allows to go easily to discover this tourist area.
Simple go hunting in the forest of Brocéliande, Loudéac became a true city in the course of the eleventh century. Long in the hands of the Dukes of Rohan, the city was once famous for its fairs and markets. Today Loudéac is popular among tourists for its perpetual animation, its important cultural life, as well as for its historical and architectural heritage.
Fleurie, the city also received three flowers in the competition of cities and flowered villages, bringing a bit of greenery in this city of typically Breton architecture.
