Lorient marina, in Morbihan, is one of the city's five ports which also has a military port, a commercial port, a fishing port and a passenger port (with daily connections to the island de Groix).
The marina is the best located in terms of tourism, in the heart of the harbor and directly connected to the city center which was the base in the 17th century of the East India Company (which explains the name of the town!).
The port, well protected, has 370 places afloat on pontoon and 50 places dedicated to visitors.
Boaters, in addition to the proximity of shops and places of leisure, benefit from full services and equipment: laundry, toilets, handling area. The harbor master's office, which has been recently renovated, also has a sauna, a shop, a "wax-dryer" cabinet and a relaxation area (with Internet point).
