Pavilion of the Verdurier

Monument in Limoges

Located in the heart of downtown Limoges, the pavilion is a former cold Verdurier pavilion of the early twentieth century. Shaped single market of 400 sqm, it was used at the origin to store frozen meat consumed in Argentina during World War II.

Entirely in reinforced concrete, the building is covered with colored stoneware tiles. It now hosts exhibitions and can be visited during opening hours.
