The city of Léobard, which had 620 inhabitants in 1880, did more than 180 in 2003, but 218 in 2014.
Its area is 1030 hectares at an average altitude of 204 meters.
Its geological structure belongs to the Jurassic limestone Causses Portlandian land. The soil is rich in iron ore. Creek Céou sprinkles beautiful meadows.
Agricultural products: wheat, rye, corn, potatoes, truffles; timber exploitation.
