Le Sauze is one of the first stations in the Southern Alps: It celebrated its 70-year slide in 2004.
The resort of Sauze is located in the town of Enchastrayes, 4 km from Barcelonnette inside Valley Ubaye. It was founded in 1934 by Honore Couttolenc.
