Charming town of Maine-et-Loire in the Loire Valley, Le Plessis-Grammoire takes place ten kilometers of Angers and its castle in the tapestry of the Apocalypse, riding on the Paris basin, the Armorican Massif Valle d'Anjou. It is located near Rives-du-Loir d'Anjou, Marce and Montreuil-sur-Loir.
Old, the city of Le Plessis-Grammoire is quoted in the story from the twelfth century. Mainly agricultural, it gradually takes over the centuries the face it has today, merging with the town of Foudon after the French Revolution in 1791. Still very dynamic, it continues to attract visitors passing by its architectural heritage as well as its proximity to some of the most beautiful sights in the region.
