Old Mans is particularly interesting by the homogeneity of its streets lined with half-timbered houses of the fifteenth century and homes or mansions of the sixteenth century; this preserved historical context has also served as a filming location for movies such as The Hunchback. In the Saint-Julien cathedral, one can see an exceptional window of the early twelfth century: the stained glass window of the Ascension. The Gallo-Roman wall that surrounds the old town dates from the fourth century, and is also exceptionally conserved and enhanced.
For lovers of vintage cars, the museum presents 24 Hours on 4000 m² 140 vehicles in an educational walk. This museum is located near the circuit of Le Mans 24 Hours, which you can visit in a minibus or take a baptism of race car on the track or motorcycle.
