Le Gosier is a city of the department of Guadeloupe, the third most populated island. It is located on Grande-Terre, near Pointe-à-Pitre, Abymes and St. Anne. Le Gosier is named Pelican was called in the seventeenth century, large-Gousier.

In June, up to Gosier Gospel Festival. For the occasion, the city offers concerts and conferences and thematic debates. The boating festival also takes place in June with various events.
The Gullet main festival runs from late July to early August with football competitions, shows, attractions and other entertainment.
