Things to see and do

Built in the seventeenth century, the Castle of Champvent takes place on the site of a former stronghold. Its owners made him enjoy the end of the nineteenth century of expansion, including the construction of a pavilion to the east. Today, the building is in the form of a central building flanked by two rectangular towers at the foot of a magnificent pond. Private property, it is not publicly available.

Former Church of the Minimes Monastery, the present church dates from the early thirteenth century. Full of charm, it houses the tomb of Louis de Valois, Duke of Angoulême and natural grand-son of King Charles IX and Charlotte de Montmorency.
