Formerly the manor of the Pavilion, the manor of Chérizy in Joué-lès-Tours now benefits from an inscription in the Historic Monuments. It consists of a rectangular main building made up of two parts: the main one from the 15th century and the second, built identically in the 18th century.
To the east, it is possible to admire the traces of a spiral staircase tower replaced by a straight wooden staircase. Perpendicular to the manor of Chérizy, it is possible to discover a barn with a stone projecting from the surrounding wall.
