Former stronghold of the fifteenth and sixteenth century located in the municipality of Jarrie, in Isère, Castle Bon Repos has undergone significant changes in the seventeenth and the nineteenth century. Listed historic monument, it sits on the remains of a pregnant twelfth century, also included.
The site today reveals a high rectangular main building surrounded by four corner turrets and a chapel of the fifteenth century Gothic style. Since the late 1970s, the castle of Bon Repos is dedicated to catering and entertainment, welcoming visitors and performances indoors and outdoors. The interior is open to the public on guided tours every third Sunday of the month.
