Heudicourt, located in the plain of the Woevre, the foot of the Meuse hills, is a small village in Lorraine, who before 1914 had many vineyards. The grapes were transported to the Champagne. Today the vines have been replaced by plum orchards, fruit tree orchards covering of white flowers in April and golden fruit in August.
With the creation of Lake Madine in the 1980s, the area became tourism.
The first gastronomic specialty is plum, fruit, pie and brandy. You can also enjoy the inevitable lorraine pie and iced soufflé with Mirabelle.
