Greffeil is a municipality located in the valley of Lauquet. Very touristy, the main activities are agriculture and handicrafts. The 89 permanent inhabitants are distributed in 40 households. Twenty second homes complement the built heritage. In the 19th century, twenty farms were inhabited, the population was 320 inhabitants, and still six farms are still occupied. The urbanization of the town is growing steadily and surely with an average of three building permits per year.
Located in an area protected by the ABF, the frame is fully adapted to nature and the environment. Greffeil village is very active and supportive.
