Castle of Grainville is located in the municipality of Granville in the English Channel, on the western coast of the Cotentin.
It was built in the fifteenth century. Its chapel, a parish church time, is decorated with murals including the Virgin and Child.
The castle is protected under the chapel but also for facades, roofs and stairs inside with its wooden ramp.
Château belonging to noble families in the area, it is still private property.
Grainville Castle is open to the public only occasionally.
To the east of the town, its beautiful silhouette surrounds a bucolic setting may stake a pleasant walk.
