Located just a few kilometers from the charming Norman city of Honfleur, in the municipality of Fatouville-Grestain, the Fatouville lighthouse was built in the course of the 19th century to help navigation in the bay of the Seine. With a range of forty kilometers, it rises to more than 130 meters in height.
Decommissioned at the start of the 20th century, the Fatouville lighthouse has been listed as a Historic Monument and is today inhabited by the great-granddaughter of its purchaser in 1923. Converted into guest rooms in 2000, it offers with its five rooms a breathtaking view of Le Havre, the estuary or the impressive Normandy Bridge.
