Écluzelles The village lies in the valley of the Eure near Dreux, that is to say, at the crossroads of Normandy, Ile -de- France and Beauce.
Crossed by the Eure, Écluzelles also has the largest lake of Eure-et-Loir (110 ha) which is the delight of ornithologists and amateur sailing in less than an hour from Paris.
The Eure Valley is populated by very long. The Neolithic civilization has left on the town of Écluzelles a dolmen 2.5 m long and 3.5 m wide called " stone sepulcher." With 30 tons, it is one of the largest in the region.
