In the heart of one of the most beautiful mansions of Dijon, Côte-d'Or, Magnin museum presents more than 2,000 works of art collected by Maurice Magnin, and his sister Jeanne. Refurbished in 1930, the seventeenth century building now houses paintings and drawings that trace all the major French and international artistic trends between the fourteenth and nineteenth centuries.
Enlightened Visitors here can appreciate works of Venetian and Neapolitan schools, but also Nordic and French schools including Pieter Lastman, Gerard de Lairesse and Eustache Le Sueur.
Throughout the year, the Magnin museum also offers tours, thematic exhibitions, concerts, lectures or workshops of art.
