Built in the 17th century by Catherine de Gonzague, the Notre-Dame-des-Anges church, listed as a Historic Monument, now houses the municipal museum of the Capuchins of Coulommiers. This convent church, abandoned by the monks during the Revolution, notably reveals to its visitors a very beautiful shell cave with religious iconography, as well as a funeral chapel of Italian inspiration, unique in the world, created in the 17th century.
Entirely restored, this Capuchin convent has been fitted out to also house the Maison des Fromages de Brie, with exhibitions, events and tastings around Brie de Coulommiers.
