The old walled town of Labastide-Murat takes place in the Lot department, at the heart of Regional Natural Park of the Quercy, in the district of Gourdon. It took its name in 1852 by imperial decree of Napoleon III who wanted to pay tribute to Joachim Murat.
Located at the crossroads of several tourist circuits in the region, the town of Labastide-Murat pleased to discover an important historical heritage that marks the area. Modeste, the village does not have a less important service offering, either through shops, restaurants or hotels.
Charming, Labastide-Murat seduces definitively all visitors with its white stones and high brightness that is even more in summer.
