Charming town of Vaucluse, in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, Cheval-Blanc takes place forty kilometers from Avignon and its famous bridge, the heart of the small Luberon. It is located near Mérindol Oppède or L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue.
Inhabited since prehistoric times, as evidenced by the numerous remains found there, the territory of Cheval-Blanc was mainly developed in the Middle Ages, from the hands of the counts of Toulouse and in those of the Comtat.
