This Romanesque church dates from the 12th and 13th centuries. The church consists of a nave of five bays, flanked by aisles and two chapels. The first chapel dedicated to the Virgin and contains the graves of the family of Tillet, lords of Chalautre-la-Petite from 1611 to 1789.
The second chapel is under the patronage of Saint- Nicolas. It includes a stone altarpiece from the 16th century depicting the Last Supper ; eleven apostles are represented. The nave houses a mausoleum erected to the memory of William Chalostre, one of the first lords of the parish.
