A tufa building located on the banks of the Loire, the Château de Bois-Joly reveals on its exterior facades a beautiful sculpted decoration in the Second Empire style. Atlanteans, shells and the head of Neptune are thus visible.
Originally built in the 15th century, the Château de Bois-Joly in Caudan has undergone multiple transformations over the centuries, at the discretion of its owners. It was completely destroyed and rebuilt in the mid-19th century.
