Protected by the peninsula of Quiberon, the wide beach of Carnac is the largest of the five beaches of this seaside resort of Morbihan.
2 km long, covered with white sand, enjoying an exhibition "full south", it is popular with families and lovers of water activities as well as idleness.
Swimming is supervised in July and August and the large beach of Carnac is labeled "Tourism and Disability", equipment, facilities and qualified staff are available in the summer season for people with reduced mobility.
