A 17th century episcopal building, the Saint-Armel manor, at Bruz, is now listed as a Historic Monument. It is located on the remains of a first hotel from the Middle Ages which served as a summer residence for the bishops of Rennes. After an initial reconstruction in the 15th century, of which vestiges of the chapel remain, it took on the appearance we know today.
Surrounded by a three-hectare park and adjacent to a one-hectare forest, the Saint-Armel manor is located on the banks of the Seiche. It offers apartments and offices for rent 10 minutes from Rennes Saint-Jacques airport.
