Leaning against a rock, this small semi- Provencal village of 17th and 18th century, former home of the Archbishop of Embrun, is located 27 km from Gap, and at an altitude of 815 m. Nearby you will find the peace and quiet of the beautiful forests and glades where you can make small or long walks, horseback or mountain bike, or accompanied by donkeys. We particularly recommend to visit the Sistine Chapel ( yellow markings), the neck of Garçinets, the former special Monte Carlo Rally, well known motor sport fans, or going to dominate the gorges of the white through the wood and wood Devins Batailler. This will also be the opportunity to discover the flora and fauna including Astragalus fox tail or the rare butterfly Isabelle of France, identified in Natura 2000.
