The Castle of Bouligneux is a monument in the municipality of Bouligneux (Ain, Auvergne-Rhône-Alps). It is an attraction for holidaymakers staying in the region.
In 1306, Humbert 4th Sire de Villars and Thoire, inféoda Bouligneux Girard La Palud, Lord of Varambon, Richmond and Tossiat, who began building the castle. Changes were then made to the feudal structure in the 16th and 17th centuries.
