The Bihorel racecourse, also called "Hippodrome des Trois Pipes" is located in the town of Bihorel, in Seine-Maritime, a few kilometers north of Rouen.
The racetrack was created in 1907 and has benefited from regular improvements. It has belonged to the municipality since 1962.
The racecourse has a 1075 m sand track with rope on the right. The infrastructure also includes a hall dedicated to bettors and a grandstand that can accommodate several hundred spectators.
Eight meetings of trotting races are scheduled from March to October. The site also hosts fairs or flea markets and a music festival throughout the year.
On race days, activities are offered for children (pony rides, inflatable structures). Depending on the calendar, the meetings give rise to betting on site (PMH) or at national level via the PMU network.
