The former abbey of women was founded by Ermengarde, mother of William the Pious, founder of Cluny. Blesle had two churches, one monastery and one reserved for the villagers. During the revolution, the steeple of the abbey church was destroyed and Bleslois rebelled against the destruction of the tower, where the distinction of having a church without a steeple and a bell tower without a church. Also discover the tower lords Mercoeur, known around the twenty angles and many houses with wood sides that dot the village.
