Located on the territory of the municipality of Besançon, in Doubs, Fort Rosemont is an old military battery of the second half of the nineteenth century, for during the Franco-Prussian War to support the positions of Planoise and Chaudanne.
The war has not affected the city, the site was never used for military purposes, and gradually fell into disuse, that can not be visited today.
