Located in the heart of Maine-et-Loire, the manor of La Chaperonnière now benefits from an inscription in the Historic Monuments. Still made up in the 19th century of 150 hectares with a watermill, the site was subsequently divided into three separate properties.
In ruins in the middle of the 19th century, the Chaperonnière manor underwent a major restoration campaign thanks to its owners at the time, the Courtois family.
