Azillanet

The heart of the village, gathered around the church of St. Lawrence from the late seventeenth century, consists of narrow streets still bearing the traces of history: convent gates of the old castle, the Lion fountain. Lined allotments, the Tary river, a portion of which is ground, through Azillanet from side to side. The one can admire its ends two wash houses occupied by the washerwomen into the 70s.
