Things to see and do

The hostel Ravoux called House of Van Gogh's last home of the painter Vincent Van Gogh, open to visitors from March to October.

The castle offers a tour de Lery show on the Impressionists.

Home-studio of Charles-Francois Daubigny, forerunner of the Impressionists and the first to settle in Auvers. Still occupied by descendants of the artist, home-workshop is open to the public.

The house of Dr Gachet, a doctor who followed Van Gogh during his stay in Auvers and who was his friend. House open to public from April to October.

The Absinthe Museum offers a fine collection of objects, posters ... on the "green fairy".

At the tourist office, local and regional literature, audio-visual 15 minutes "CF Daubigny to Vincent Van Gogh", tour arranging-days for school groups and adults.

Salon de la BD: annual event in April.

The Irisiades: Château d'Auvers in May offers a weekend very special, bringing together nature lovers and artists. The Irisiades will help bring together two worlds often separated. Thus, photographers, sculptors, choreographers will make an artistic nature.

Auvers Festival: annual festival of classical music: from May to July.

Feast of Plenty: annual festival with entertainment type greasy pole: in June
