- The Rolin museum in the birthplace (fifteenth century) by Nicolas Rolin (Chancellor of the Dukes of Burgundy, founder of the Hospices de Beaune) is home to rich and varied collections. The archaeological collections show the past of Autun Gallo-Roman mosaics of Greek authors, mosaic "Bellerophon and Chimera" parade helmet, bronze... One can also admire works from the Middle Ages: Eve (XII sculpture), Master of Moulins of the Nativity (fifteenth painting), Virgin Autun (XV polychrome stone). The museum is also enriched by important legacy of paintings from the seventeenth to the twentieth (Brugel, Le Nain, Cibot, Vernet, Charlie, Denis, Dubuffet, Miro, Ubac, Alechinski...)

- Winter closing: January.
- For security reasons, the closing of the rooms is reported 15 minutes before the general closure.
