Located between Rennes and Laval, at Argentré, the Château de Hauterive is listed as a Historic Monument. Originally erected in the 13th century, it was largely modified in the 18th century.
The set consists of a castle and a chapel, with facades and roofs of the flight, an enclosure with moats and retaining walls, an 18th century pavilion, a garden with fence or even a wood and a park.
Inside, it is possible to discover very beautiful tapestries bearing the coat of arms of Hautefort. The chapel, for its part, is surmounted by a small campanile. Not far away, you can see a statue of the Virgin on a granite column.
For several years, the Château de Hauterive has been available for hire for weddings, seminars and other private receptions.
