Nestled at 370 m altitude, Ardoix approximately 1,100 inhabitants, a very young and dynamic population that drives the village by many events.
In the village, many achievements and developments have emerged to offer more services to residents and tourists reopening a restaurant, setting up a bakery, creating a multi-service.
Ardoix overlooks the magnificent gorges of Ay, taking a walk, relaxing and fishing. The road connecting the village to Sarras winds 7 km along a rocky gorge, where the ruins of the tower Oriol majestically dominate this major gateway to the Rhone Valley.
