Former priory of Saint-Robert, of the abbey of La Chaise-Dieu, the church, Historical Monument, is recognized as one of the eight major Romanesque Auvergne. Perched on a hill overlooking the village, it was in the Middle Ages served by two monks Casadeenne.
Significant recent work allowed him to regain its roof covered with slate and being renovated. The final phase of this restoration was the creation of stained glass, construction done by the master glassmaker Alain Makaraviez. These windows tell the story of the church.
