- Located in the heart of the old Angoulême, Saint-André is one of the oldest churches in the city. Campaigns of successive constructions, there remains a Romanesque fore-nave preceding a vast gothic ensemble. The frontage facing the street was built by Paul Abadie father in neo-classical style in 1825.

- 17th century: the pulpit and the altarpiece.
- From the eighteenth: the organs.
- Sixteenth, seventeenth and eighteenth centuries: painted canvases.
