Jewel of the Renaissance surrounded by vineyards and bordered by the Rhone, the castle of Ampuis takes place in the Rhone department and is partly listed historic monument. Built in the fifteenth century on the remains of an old fortress, it presents some remains of mosaics and amphorae to its main building.
