Things to see and do

The main attraction of Aloxe-Corton surely lies in its vineyards dating from the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries. One can in particular discover the castle of Corton-Grancey eighteenth century and its winery of the mid-nineteenth century, or the Castle Corton that once belonged to the Cistercian Abbey. But the best is surely the Castle Corton André, a building of the late nineteenth century which replaced a house of the eighteenth century. This is its traditional glazed tile roof of Burgundy who first catches the eye, bringing a certain charm to the whole. This castle is located within a vast vineyard.

The present church dates from 1890 and replaced a building that was there for over 1000 years.
